Head of Richmond Christian School, Business Manager charged with failing to report abuse, neglect


CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WWBT) – The Head of Richmond Christian Faculty and the college’s Enterprise Supervisor, have been charged with failing to report suspected abuse/neglect of a kid.

On Aug. 13, the college’s volleyball coach was charged with taking indecent liberties with a child by custodian and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

After talking with Clifton Williams, Head of Richmond Christian Faculty and Derek Zbyszinski, Enterprise Supervisor, on Aug. 16 concerning the incident, police decided each males did not report it, and so they had been each arrested on Aug. 20, police say.

In accordance with police, Williams and Zbyszinski had been charged with failing to report suspected abuse/neglect of a kid, a violation of Virginia Code § 63.2-1509. The 2 males had been launched on unsecured bonds.
