LCP bought Bramley Purchasing Centre, Bramley on behalf of Sheet Anchor Investments, one of many LCP Group of managed firms.
It’s the newest in a string of acquisitions up to now six months, representing an £80m funding in convenience-led retail parades.
They embrace: Bowen Sq., Daventry; Hillsborough Barracks, Sheffield; Swanley Sq. in Sevenoaks, Kent; The Sq., Manchester; and Mavery Home, Diss.
James Buchanan, LCP managing director, mentioned: “The primary quarter of 2021 has been notably busy for us with acquisitions within the native convenience-led retail sector, which is the place we have now targeted our efforts over the previous few years.
“With £300m out there to speculate for property starting from £500,000 to £30m, we’re looking for comparable alternatives that we are able to add worth to.”

The centre, about 4 miles from Leeds metropolis centre, is anchored by Tesco and contains 47 retail models, together with Greggs, Costa Espresso, Poundstretcher and Boots. There are 250 parking areas.
