Animal Damage Management Board meet this week


CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Wyoming Information Now) -Suppose you’ve seen a scarcity of predators in your county. In that case, likelihood is you’ll have the Wyoming animal injury administration board to thank for it.

They’re answerable for controlling animals that hurt livestock, wildlife propagation and unfold ailments like rabies and salmonella…

19 out of Wyoming’s 23 counties use this statute’s funding… For injury that may whole as much as 40 % of farmer’s and rancher’s losses.

Predatory animals embrace bears, coyotes, skunks, ravens, mountain lions and wolves.

Counties may also pay into this program and have earmarked funds allotted by the state, giving counties a head begin controlling injury from animals on the bottom and within the air.

Conferences will proceed until tomorrow when administrators determine on new county funding.
